Postcard 1 - Chiang Mai, Thialand

Ideas became evolved around their worshipping. - interested in their temples - religious routine. - very sacred - buddahs - monks dedicate their life - such big part of thiland and the city which has over..... temples.

- Initially drew out my final template, - using to scan in and pen tool. - felt more prepared this way than drawing straight into illustrate, - thought it ould be quicker, - easier to follow a desired shape 

- began with the larger areas of shape - but beginning by creating an outline

- soon ran into problems - not split up my shapes enough - too large - not focusing on shape enough more outline. - had to go back and correct which probably took more time than starting again.

- finally getting the hang of it - becoming more comfortable with using the pen tool. learning as i go.

found it useful to change colour along the way - rough colours - see separate shapes.

- the more shapes i created - the more complicated it became to keep track of everything. - this is when it became important to create and organise layers.
